v0.0.5.7 Released, March 20, 2015:
-Updated to latest Source SDK Base 2013 MP subversion
-Added Nightfire Health Iris
-Improved performance on dm_japan and some tweaked lighting
-Paper walls are now slightly translucent in dm_japan
-Certain maps have been compiled with our new (still in development) BSP Compiler that vastly reduces the number of polygons in a level compared to a standard Source BSP Compiler. The result should be smoother frame rates. Currently the only maps using this new feature is dm_japan, dm_island, and ctf_romania.
-Fixed the missing road paint in ctf_romania and fixed some weapons spawning under models
Currently broken in this release is dm_caviar and dm_austria, please don't attempt to run these maps until the next version.
Also, Valve broke the movement code, so walking down and up hills will be extremely buggy until we figure out what they broke and will be fixed soon.
This new version requires you to update to the 'upcoming' beta in Steam for the Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer. In Steam, hover over LIBRARY. Choose TOOLS. Scroll down to Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer. If it's not installed, install it. Rightclick on it. Select Properties. Click the BETAS tab. Under "Select the beta you would like to opt into:", select "upcoming -". Now click Close. This will solve the error "Could not load library client" message when starting the game.

ATTENTION: As of the date shown @ reply creation, this topic is publicly shown on the forums. This topic is for update information and support. To download the latest version you still have to go to the BETA / I.D. only section, just like before!

Later today we will be releasing the latest version along with posting instructions on how to switch to the new SVN datacenters for faster downloading. Stay tuned

Sorry, the latest update has been delayed. We are trying to improve the helicopter controls and found a major bug

-Improved RC Helicopter controls (Still a work in progress):
Increased turn rate and roll speed, swapped controls for roll and steer, capped roll and pitch to -180 to 180 degrees until an issue causing the helicopter to lose control and think it's upside down is fixed, increased health, reduced weight
-Updated dm_caviar (translucent windows, new lamp models in certain areas with animations, updated lighting, and model fixes, added rc helicopters)
-Fixed dm_austria (spawnpoints are now working again)
-Added many new features to the item_breakable from the original game + some new ones
-Various other bugfixes and material changes
-Known bugs in this version: Roll/Steer is labelled wrong on the RC Helicopter HUD. helicopter hitbox is too large, shot animation on new caviar lamps is bad, powerup sounds are played to all players regardless of who is carrying it

WE NOW HAVE A NEW SVN REPOSITORY FOR FASTER DOWNLOADS. For all future updates and downloads of Nightfire Source, you need to use the new repository. To switch an existing installation to the new one:
Open your sourcemods folder (usually C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/sourcemods)
Rightclick on 'nightfiresource'
Hover over 'Tortoise SVN' and select 'Relocate'
Paste the new URL in and select OK: http://nfs_src.whileago.com/svn/nightfire_source_client
Open your sourcemods folder (usually C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/sourcemods)
Rightclick on 'nightfiresource'
Hover over 'Tortoise SVN' and select 'Relocate'
